At Dachshund Shop, we want you and your pup to be perfectly satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free of pet hair or signs of wear.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
